Blue Solace

I'll filter my soul by pen bleeding dry
so that its stain marks blue to bring me peace
dire straights it seems when words sink venom
It has to be this way hold the antidote I'm going under
If my eyes open leave me be
I managed solace
curiosity will dam you dare you reach in
just close the lid and bury me beneath the sun
I found solace in blue
peace be it a luxury does not mingle with poets
the fabric of my being is catatonic
dotted with self induced tumors
consumed before you dropped flowers
I'll reincarnate as cloudless skies.
