Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Moonlight

Away, away from the city's glare
from the incarnations of neon
a silver radiance fills the air
unbroken, the glow of aeons.

Away, away - when the heart can dare
to flee those frantic regions
away, away from the city's glare
from the incarnations of neon -

In the sanctity of the silence there
'neath stars in their brilliant legions
a wordless soul sings paeons.
A silent heart finds a moonlit prayer
away, away from the city glare.
