Dance of life

Photobucket

I want you to know
Just how much I
Love you so

Photobucket

Cause I've lost loved ones in my life
Who never knew how much I loved them
Now I live with the regret
That my true feelings for them
Were never known

Photobucket

Too many times we stand aside
And let the waters slip away
'Till what we put off 'till tomorrow
It has now become today

Photobucket

I can’t do that with you
I must always say
I love you
I can’t let one day go by
Without telling you
How much I need you by my side

Photobucket

Sometimes I wonder,
what would have happened
If I never met you
Would my life be empty
Would I be sad and blue

Photobucket

I thank God for unanswered prayers
Remember when you're talking,
to the man upstairs
That just because he doesn't answer,
doesn't mean he don't care
It took awhile
Or so it seems
For him to answer my prayers for me

Photobucket

He did that on the day
That I met you
So I am here to say
That prayers and dreams
Come true

Photobucket

It seems I was talking out loud,
and nobody's was there
I looked like hell but I didn’t care
I was Drinking more than I’d ever drank
Sinking down lower than I’d ever sank

Photobucket

I was
Trying’ desperately
To turn the tide in life
Before it dies
I was looking for you
To come into
My life

Photobucket

The storms were raging,
on a rolling sea
Down the highway of regret
The winds of change,
are blowing wild and free
I was alone as one could be

Photobucket

You walked into my life
And all of that changed
My life has been blessed
Since the day
I took
Your name

Photobucket

Now for the rest of my life
I want to dance with you
The man who made
All my dreams
Come true

Momma froggie’s assignment

Take any three lines from each of the following songs and
Combine them into a poem within one week.

That will be a minimum of 21 lines but of course
You will be able to add as many as you like
And you have the option of choosing the music to
Accompany your words

The songs you can choose from are

IF TOMORROW NEVER COMES

THE RIVER

UNANSWERED PRAYERS

THE DANCE

MORE THEN A MEMORY

IN ANOTHERS EYES

TO MAKE YOU FEEL MY LOVE
