Like A Child

I spied a tiny bunny,
A silken power puff.
The first robin of the springtime
Making tracks in the melting snow.

A tiny purple crocus,
Then a yellow one too,
Peeked up from their beds
With faces all aglow.

Crystal raindrops began to fall.
Oh, how wonderful it is for me
To watch the flowers bloom.
Here in my garden once again

All of my favorite things together
Birds are singing sweet refrain,
And like a mischievous child,
I find myself playing in the rain.

10 word
aglow, beds, bunny, crystal,
faces, flowers, purple, raindrops,
silken, tracks.
