Full Moon

As the moon reflects the brilliance
of the pure light from the sun
it illuminates the darkest night
from the sky where its been hung.

Casting forth a bright reflection
for it has no light of its own
it can only show to on-looking eyes
the light that its been shown.

For the moon itself is dark and gray
its from the sun it receives its beauty.
So for the moon to give homage to the sun
I think should be its duty.

I've learned from it what I want for my life
and tomorrow would not be to soon.
Its for the SON to shine His light on me
and for Him I'll be a full moon
