Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Captain of Industry

Get way up there on your
high horse
where the air is so brittle
it cracks at the sound
of your words.

Square your broad
against the forces that
would take you down from
your exalted perch.

Raise your eyes to the sky
in search
of the castle you
have erected in your mind.

Listen not to the disparaging
words of the
minions, for they are
small and insignificant.

Harden your heart
that golden breastplate
to ensure no introduction
of humility
can hope to weaken your
well-crafted veneer.
