Color of Raindrops

Sometimes tears are caused by happiness,
Sometimes caused by pain,
One thing has been true for ever,
There’s no rainbows, without the rain,

As we stroll through life, we encounter,
Many friends along the way,
We strive to have an idyllic journey,
But from our path sometimes we stray,

But when we let our emotions,
Lead us off the course we desire,
Into a world of darkness,
From the frying pan into the fire,

Sometimes tears are caused by happiness,
Sometimes caused by pain,
One thing has been true for ever,
There’s no rainbows, without the rain,

When feeling blue from trials,
Or red with anger known,
Maybe, green with envy of another,
Every feeling we claim to own,

But if we take the time,
To walk in the rays of the sun,
We can see it’s clear and beautiful,
Like our voyage has just begun,

Into everyone’s life’s some rain must fall,
And we’re never quite sure when it stops,
But if we look for the bright side,
We can make out the color of raindrops,

Sometimes tears are caused by happiness,
Sometimes caused by pain,
One thing has been true for ever,
There’s no rainbows, without the rain,

One thing has been true for ever, and ever,
There are no rainbows, without the rain.
