Hidden Slumbering Memories
Buried deep within slumbering memories
Hidden from view by a masquerading mask
Lies the remnants of many forgotten dreams
Cast into the past they will never be bask
Drifting far from reality's comfortable shore
Never to be recognized or accepted again
Remaining a beautiful memory to treasure
Wondering what the reason for this bane
Knowing love was given for important reason
Realizing it never became void or in vain
Sticking together in all kinds of weather
In sunshine, storm clouds, and falling rain
Heavens love was sent to give us pleasure
To guide and direct our stumbling ways
Leading and guiding us into the right path
Creating a sense of peace all our days
