Twenty-Four Seven

There were days full of such sorrow
Suddenly there were days with you
When you had come into my life
We had no clue what would ensue
No guarantee of tomorrow
But yet we were so satisfied

To feel alive and love again
With a fervor we'd thought had died
I'd prayed and I'm sure you did too
Lord, don't let these moments subside
My rock and shoulder to cry on
I love you more than words can say

We've built a loyalty and trust
Neither of us would ever stray
With the best of the best right here
Twenty-four seven every day
I'm thankful for the life we've made
Thank you for loving me like you do
