Fly Oh Ye Beautiful Butterfly

Fly oh ye beautiful butterfly
Flit and flutter your wings
So elegant are thee in flight
Oh how you make my heart sing

Hues of yellows, greens and blues
Your amber and rust and gold
Truly, you are heavenly delightful
As each of your journeys unfold

You drink from nectar of flowers
Rest so gracefully on fragile petal
Picturesque against azure skies
A gift given by God to enthrall

Fly, fly oh ye beautiful butterfly
Flitting and fluttering your wings
So elegant in thy plight for glory
My how you make my heart sing!
