forgiveness is difficult
when pride gets in the way
i'm sorry....just say
that you were wrong
you'll find that what caused the rift
will heal before long
words spoken loud in anger
can cause a heart to break
a simple act of kindess
can stop and cure the ache
never be so rigid
you can't admit a wrong
to say please forgive me
shows that you can be strong
tomorrow is a brand new day
live it like its your last
don't hold on to sorrow
bury it with the past
