Lustful Desire.

The evening was cold, so cold,
The air still as a frozen lake,
Hanging, waiting, heavy,
As if it moved it would break,
It was vivid and clear, so clear,
The desolate stars shown bright,
Glistening, beaming, brilliant,
You couldn’t help but love the sight,
We stood there, hand in hand,
Feeling the warmth of each other,
Close, comfortable, familiar,
The tender intimacy of a lover,
Then I pulled you tight, so tight,
In your star lit eyes I could see,
Hungers, cravings, yearnings,
Oh, the warmth of your body against me,
We embraced closely, so closely
The bitter coldness disappeared,
Wanton, eager, throbbing,
Heartbeats in passions endeared,
The night was hot, so hot,
The air was a sweltering fire,
Loving, uninhibited, wild,
As we quenched this lustful desire.
