Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Memories

Silent shadows. They whisper across the
land flowing through every nook
and bend. They pass us by only to
turn time still for you and I
as we are filled with a sense of
longing for family and friends.

I remember. A time, a place, a memory
from long ago, but suddenly the wind blows.
A far away place, a distant path,
a memory of old that I couldn't recall
comes back, and I lean back falling through
time and further inside myself.

A shallow stream. A winding path and
suddenly I look back, and there you are
speaking to me and it's as if nothing ever
happened.
