Get Rid Of The Advertisements

I worked my fingers to the bone
She said that I was rough,
I gave her money to spend
That wasn't good enough.

I told her she looked great
But she said I wasn't true,
All she seemed to want
Was to make me blue.

My life I have pledged
All my love I give,
But still this woman
Doesn't want me to live.

She wants me in the shadows
She don 't want me to have any sun,
Wants me out of the way
Don't want me to have any fun.

She loves the limelight
She likes to be adored,
OKay she's a pretty woman
The guys heads never get bored.

I'm only doing what any guy would do
I'm working hard cause I love her so,
To give her things she loves
For our future for tomorrow.

But she has brought me to my knees
I'm out in the ocean what can I do?
I'm lost I've got this terrible feeling
She's going to leave me
She won't talk anymore God I feel so blue.
