I must watch my weight and eat salmon and lox
Drive down that cholesterol
Fish oil, low fat, low sugar
Or was that no sugar?
Not too many eggs
Green leafey's, nuts and fruits
Blueberries, strawberries, oranges and bananas too
Asparagus, green and red peppers
A lot of live fruits and vegetables
I've named quite a few
I'm so stuffed I don't know what to do!
Got to move, exercise and get into the groove
At my age if I don't, I've got a lot to lose!
Lift those weights, tone up and get rid of that saggy flab
Sit ups for the abs.
Wow I'm look in pretty good!
Now that hot hunk personal trainer is noticing me
Like he certainly should!
