As the month gets under way
there's writing tasks a plenty
yes, I've got so much to say
my pen is never empty
Projects going left and right
short stories, novel, blog
in keeping busy I delight
for me it's not a slog
The hero of my novel's Phil
his surname is McKenzie
as Hawk he'll punish, maybe kill
but planned, not in a frenzy
A Sci-Fi short I've written too
about an alien called Zak
changes in form he'll go through
each metamorphosis attack
Another short based on a man
in Africa patrolling
with his squad in a UN van
Jason ends up walking, strolling
My poetry I've left a while
but once a month I'll write
rhymes like this in my own style
informative … polite.
