Get Rid Of The Advertisements

For My Husband

Old images in an album displayed,
Sweet, fragile memories faded with age,
Reminding us we were once young and naïve,
Knowing dreams would come true, if we’d just believe.
It’s all passed so quickly, these thirty-one years,
Bringing us laughter, and even more tears.
And through it all, together, we held fast,
An abiding love, a love that would last,
A love that produced our most precious son,
Two separate hearts still beating as one…

Happy Anniversary, Sweetheart!
