What's In a Word
It's fascinating to a simple man such as I
All the wonderful posibilities
Of how our thoughts and dreams take shape
Using ones imagination and fantasies
This incredibly beautiful world we live in
That is changing every minute
With its brilliant sunshine and the moon's mysteries
Makes me so glad I'm spinning in it
God's gifts we have received in our lifes
Are too numerous to measure
Yet all of us share a desire to be the best we can
And that is a gift every one can treasure
I have been blessed with the gift to see life differently
And I write about it the best I can
From telling stories and my philosophical thoughts
To the love between a woman and a man
And if you were to ask me to explain my poetry
What's my inspiration to write better
I would tell you; 'It is the magic that can be created
From using all 26 letters.'
