Hummingbirds and Hibiscus

~*~

Beautiful flower, such heavenly petals

Pristine perfection flowing from it's core

Tiny hummingbird slows silent and nestles

Sips of luscious nectar 'til it can no more

This beauty then curls as nighttime settles

Unfurling in the morn for us to adore

With finesse Mother Nature carries on

Blessing us with much joy, hither and yon
