But confident in its journey

Yet observing all

Predictable pause
Amid the cacophony of life's voices
Unphrased by hesitation
But determined in its observance
Hearing indifference
Yet listening still
Tap...

Resuming routine
Between the senses of life
And the scenes hidden
But undaunted in its destination
Touching emptiness
Yet feeling the presence
That lies beyond the darkness
Of the journey, the white cane, and the reality...
