LIVING LIFE
Let me climb the highest mountain
If only in my dreams
Let me swim the raging river
Life is more than what seems
Let me listen to the wind call
Let me hear the coyote howl
Let see the lovely hummingbird
And the wise old spotted owl.
Let me stop and smell the flowers
Let me lie beside a stream
Let the seasons each embrace me
In the manner they beseem
Let me live my life with flourish
Let me live my life with grace
Let me know my Fathers kingdom
Let my Father know my face.
And when all my days are ended
There will be no call to weep
I will have lived, I will have savored...
I'll have need of peace and sleep!
