Gurgling from the lips of babies;
Spilling over a jubilant heart.

Something so longingly looked for.
Laughter, true laughter,
Embodies security --
Peace, Trust, Joy --
In self and in those around you.
Laughter is a beautiful thing.
Laughter expresses a willingness to be oneself,
To take off masks and to relax in another’s presence.
It expresses the joys and pleasures of the heart.
