Hindsight gives me reason why I know.
Early in life, I was taught to respect my elders.
Real McCoys portrayed the simplicity of life.
Enjoying watching them made real life more fun.
At that time, life was more laid back than now.
Living on a farm, I could relate to that T.V. run.
My favorite actor was Walter Brennan.
Can you believe if anyone could make you laugh,
Certainly Walter Brennan could get you laughing.
Overalls he wore limping and always smiling.
You would not believe the confidence he was piling.
Somethings I could relate to that has spurred me on.
