Get Rid Of The Advertisements

When did you discover the morning
Was the sun shining when you arrived,
Were the leaves all shiny on the branches
When you got out of bed at five.

Did you sit out on your patio with your coffee
And breath the fresh air and listen to the birds,
Sit and admire the beauty in your garden
The colours the fragrance that didnt need any words.

Or did you fall out of bed all aching and tense
And blame it on the kids for your mood,
Cause your sleepless night could find no cure
Because the kids had been disruptive and rude.

Did you kick the cat cause he was around
And spill your coffee over the kitchen floor,
You burnt your toast through no patience
And your head felt as thick as the wall.

You'll have to chill out in future
Go to bed without argument and sleep well,
And you'll wake refreshed to face the day
Instead of fighting yourself, which can
Be a living hell.
