Our Pal, Al

There and anything between,
nothing can equate.
Al...you have to say he's keen!

He'd never demean
nor trouble create.
what he writes is wholesome, clean.

Tells us what he's seen,
never vents his spleen,
sharing faith 'til hearts elate.

Al's trim, taut and lean,
a really good mate
close as your monitor screen.

No, he's not nineteen.
Never known him late
and he'd never be obscene.

Thoughtful? Al's routine!
My good friend...just great.
There and anything between,
encouraging and serene.
