From Love To Hate
Take away gentle breezes, instead send an angry gale,|
summer winds like these have no place in hell.
Let its' gusts blow away each promise made by you in haste,
mixed among these fallen leaves, all are now just waste.
Fill the sky with darkened clouds to cover up this sun,
send no more bright lit days with lies you are the one.
Release their rain into my soul to smother passions' fire,
let it cleanse an aching heart these remnants of desire.
Leave me one fond memory to dream of when asleep,
at least, I will know for sure it is mine to keep.
Springtime visit me no more, do not try to make amends,
your days were too sublime for me to see them end.
