The Sands of Cabo San Lucas

Ohhh the Sands of Cabo !
Pristine and Soft to the Feet
He sipped his Colada in the Shade
Enjoying the Sweet Tasty Treat

He'd made his Millions and Retired
To a Life of Luxury in the Sun
Mexican Servants Work Hard and Cheap
The Cabo Lifestyle is So Much Fun

With Toes in Sand and Drink in Hand
He Thought about his Yaht and Plantation
But something Eerie Loomed in the Distance
To Interrupt his Joyous Occasion

At first he Didn't Notice
The Clouds Forming on the Coast
He Laughed with the Servant
Who Brought him his Drink
And asked her to Join in a Toast

But when she left an eerie silence ensued
And his mind drifted back to the past
The deeds he had done, burning hot as the sun
The truth was breaking through at last

His company had polluted farms and rivers
Causing many a cancer and death
He had known but had chosen to ignore it
Choosing riches over goodness instead

But fate had a plan of her own making
When he decided to solo sail to Equador
A storm wrecked his boat near a tiny island
And he had barely made it to shore

He'd been daydreaming...........
Trying to forget his plight
Thinking he was back in Cabo again

But he was long out of food and fresh water

And another storm was closing in........
