Get Rid Of The Advertisements

The raw Truth

Rusty nails can bite me
Dogs can bark and chase
People look right through me
They don't ever see my face
I had a job like you once
I had a wife and kid
I drank away my blessings
In a way I'm glad I did

For freedom is a blessing
Though cold and hate can hurt
And sleeping don't come quickly
When lying in the dirt

But I have my day completely
A king among all man
Too bad I eat so poorly
Just like my dear old man...

Look into the hanging mirror
You will see what I just saw
And run back to your false comfort
It is a truth that is just too raw
