LOVE'S BOWL

Our lips touched the night was full of magic
The moon was high on a cloud,
Passion was in the warm night air
In the silence her beauty rang out loud.
Her skin was like that of a new born baby
Her mesmerising eyes were ocean blue,
I fell in love with her from that moment
She took me to the moon and stars too.
She sang to me with every part of her being
She had love in every ounce of her soul,
This was true love and happiness
We had taken and loved from life's bowl.
She knew how to love with a passion
She was a seed of intense love and creation,
In all of my life I never knew a woman
That could bring me such beautiful elation.
We lay under the moon and starlit kisses
We thrilled to the sounds of the romantic night
And as we lay holding hands with whispers,
We both knew that love and the future were bright.
