Snow Wind
In a place of time once long ago
a part of your youth you since disowned
Trudged and tromped through drifting snow

The crisp blue sky above did shine
The sun glowed bright as lemon pie
the world was cleaner brighter new

With the stars like diamonds in the night
Like colored candles in your mind
It was a newer purer time

And the drifting rifts of driven snow
Like shreds of disolving ribbons
icy lamped auras bestowed

In the wind of Winter's moan
And yet you did not feel alone
As with rosy cheeks you strode

Never alone you roamed
All for you
for you alone
