Through Him

I, merely human, weakly, humbly flawed,
can do precious little in my own strength,
Do I give up then ?Nay, Faith restored,
everything will come to me at length.
Through He who in me dwells, I may excel,
Him who doth empower and show the way.
Who displays perfection? I know Him well.
Gives He not me the breath to breathe each day?
Me, the human one, waits but for heaven.
Strength is freely giv'n, with Christ the leaven.

Philippians 4:13
