This was my first time,
My first childhood memory:
I Was only four.

When I was four I had polio.
I remember 5 or 6 nurses and two doctors standing
around my bedside talking about my condition.
Eventually they turned me over and rubbed
Hot stuff all over my back.
It took all of them to hold me down.

This was my first time,
First time to feel pain so great.
Hope never again.

Mom was praying for me to recover from this disease.
So I give God the glory for healing me, and for doctors.
A few days after, when I came home from the hospital,
My dad was holding me with a new suit on he bought.

What a happy day!
A day I will remember.
I will not forget.

Many times my mom prayed for us before
She took us to the hospital.
We felt better before we got there.
God is truly a miracle working God.

Your earliest childhood memory

your very first childhood memory.
