City of God in the Sky

My last day on earth I would gather my loved ones to the beach close by
With instructions of please do not cry
For I'm travel-in on that glorious road to the City of God in the Sky

Behind the clouds, I see endless rivers, lakes and streams
Calling me into bountiful lush green forests
And fields with fragrant flowers of sweet perfume
Winding paths leading to fulfillment of heavenly dreams

Visions of crystal clear waters, gemstones of jasper, splashes of golden amber
Hues of rainbow colors overflowing
His spirit whispers calling me home to the City of God in the Sky
The brilliance of his magnetic lazer light
It can't be distinguished, it always burns bright

I reside in that City of God in the Sky
Without a doubt, there's no need to ask why

In his peaceful presence, I'm at rest
In that secret place beneath his wing's
Absence of stress
