Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Daddy Please Don't Go

That flame we shared
together
It's been dying for
sometime
Tonight with that look
in her eyes
I just knew that it was
time

We once vowed we'd
be forever
But her eyes gave me
that sign
And when she started
telling lies
I knew we crossed that
line

It's little Joey that's
crying now
And Sally with those
tears in her eyes
Little baby Rose
running after me
Saying please daddy,
daddy please don't go

Inside it breaks my heart
right in two
To tell my children I
have to go
That mommy's found
a new daddy
As I watch their tear in
their eyes over flow

It's little Joey that's
crying now
And Sally whth those
tears in her eyes
Little baby Rose
running after me
Saying please daddy,
daddy please don't go
