Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Like an Angel Unseen
Like an angel she waits
Hidden in her thoughts
Unloved and unwanted
Struggling for the attention she needs

Like an angel she waits
With child attached
Mother, father, priest and demon
There is... but her

Like an angel she waits
No hope in sight
Help so far out of reach
That if she asks... she may break

Like an angel she waits
So beautiful
A joy to those who love her
A tiger to those would hurt her child

Like an angel she waits
I watch you in the shadows unable to help
I speak my truth from aged lips
And hope that one day
Perhaps tomorrow
She will see herself as I see her
