Get Rid Of The Advertisements

come morning

the trees quickly wake
to morning greetings
birds melodying
with the warmth
of rising sun

the rabbit
hops into the morning
sniffs the air
for the scent of spring
and some clover fare

today's color palette
brightens
with a new bloom
and more honey
for busy bees

inching across the sky
the sun longs to find
an arid expanse
to plant
some April showers
and bloom
with nature's flowers

with blessed assurance
it is written
“God saw all he had made,
and indeed
it was very good.
Evening came
and morning came:
the sixth day.”
