Awakening

Awakening

Old man winter sighs
As blankets of white retreat,
In icy cold drips

Beauty once disguised
Whispers softly, of springs treat
Awaken buds…rip

Yawning, reaching high
A glorious tranquil feat
Pastel flowers slip
