Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Melancholy

My canvases are blank,
Watercolors and oils paintings are nil.
I promise myself every day to
Paint again... yet here I am,
A blue ribbon winner without
Heart to try and mix a pallet or lift a brush...
Paint that rose my heart urges,
What about that butterfly or
The robin flying so high...
I only sigh and turn away,
My artistic prowless has deserted me,
Oh I pray for its return!
