Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Here It Lies

Colt born on my farm

In this ole town where I reside
country hills make bumpy rides
golden streaks fall from the sky
a piece of heaven, here it lies.

Out in the meadow the bawling cow
in a muddy pen a hungry sow
pungent scents give you a high
a peaceful life , here it lies

Contented calves out in the field
close to mother and morning meal
country stretching many miles
the magic of life , here it lies

Peace is found on the open land
precious gift from nature`s hand
this I see through mine own eyes
a special world ,
here it lies
