Get Rid Of The Advertisements

A petty woman
 
One fine day I was a walking down the street
When a fine looking woman, yes, I did meet
She was such a pretty woman, oh yes indeed
And I looked so intently at her , in my need
Oh, the attraction was so distracting to me
I stared and I quivered, I was frozen, easy
Saw a yellow ribbon in her hair, in the breeze
Looked at me you look like you about to freeze
My tongue was tied, could not get my words out
The most beautiful woman there could be no doubt
I meekly walked away, I heard her say, hey, loser
Get yourself some wheels, need yourself a cruiser
You got to grow up, boy, try and learn some words
Sweet talk you need, you act just like those nerds
When all was said, and done, all I did was run
Just an old hillbilly, and all she did was make fun
I chose some fine words to say to her next day
When I finished all she did was run away
I wonder if it was something I did say
All I said was I think her price was too high
Or maybe it was the police car cruising by
