Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Remember

Like an angel, I try to catch your eye
To focus that smile upon me
Like a fool, I stammer clear thoughts gone
Forget about my grammar
Like an athlete, I practice in the night
A marathon worthy of my love
During morning coffee, I doze and dream
Of days when your form graced my eyes
Of sunlit laughter, following sighs
Of bathtub shared, those soapy thighs…
Nothing to hold, you slipped away!
Nothing, but the imagination
Of an old man…
