Bittersweet Valentine

The ebb n' flow of life.
Never betwixt nor between
You are the bravest heart
I have ever seen.

Encapsulated in my bosom.
My beauty, my heart, my queen.
I bequeath you my soul.
My inner, my outer, my whole.

Searching for love I need not.
You are my flower, my rose.
Growing from grief,
love's innocent repose.

Sowing the seed for futures folk.
Nourishing the inner ray.
Soaked by the tears of yesterday.
Hope springs eternal

Love's bittersweet
Will you be
Forever mine.
