Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Times They are a-Changing

This morning I looked up
as I closed the front door.
The sky was quite dark
and I thought it would pour.
There was chill in the air
and a frost nipped my nose,
as I pulled tight around me
the layers of clothes.

But the rain didn't come
and a spring sun shone through.
The cloud moved away
and the sky turned bright blue.
Before very long
I had pulled off my coat
and the warm woolly scarf
I had wound round my throat.
Off came the gloves
and the alpaca hat.
In a few more weeks
days will all be like that.

*Remember our seasons are the opposite yours.
