Highways and Junkyards

Highways and Junkyards

Oh, the foibles of life and its uncertainties!
We travel each highway hoping to capture truth
But often find only a junkyard of misconceptions.
We refuse to see the bacteria of falsehoods that line the way
As we journey onward toward  the echo of eternity.
That bacteria carries a death sentence
If we do not have faith in our journey and in ourselves.
The falsehoods will render us unbelieving pawns
If we allow them to infest our very soul.
Seek the truth, seek He who guides, seek faith...believe!
