Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Tiny helicopters

My wife loves to look outside at the hummingbirds
She said she had not seen one lately, then I spied
Such dainty little helicopters, and such playful birds
Sometimes I look in disbelief, as they play outside
I could not stop watching them as they flitted about
I think they are here to stay, even though it is cold
Some of their antics I simply want to jump and shout
Some of their actions, they do act so awfully bold
Dancing here, all around, their dancing so profound
Daring each of them carries on each with their thing
We will simply enjoy them while they are to be found
Such beautiful colors adorn them, colors they bring
For when in late September, they fly off to the south
Lingering for the longest time, returning in the spring

All stars challenge

I could not stop
