Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Within A Poem
Within a poem and many times
It's right between the lines
You may not see it,but it's there
If you don't seek it, I won't care
If you're looking, you may see
It's right in front of you and me

Sometimes it's what I think of most
I do not like it on my toast
It's what I'll leave you when I die
It's what I do when I don't try

When no good words are here today
It's usually what I like to say
With these clues , I ask don't quit
But if you do, that's what you'll get.

Answer: Nothing
