Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Sonnet- XXIII

The hapless gaze bringeth uncertainty
Thou speakest on behalf of nature’s scent,
How lovely is thy voice so innocent?
It was the subject of mine empathy.
Please let me know how deep thy loyalty?
‘Cos messages were vague when they were sent,
From secret garden of thy youth ascent!
The test of time (absorbs mortality)

But life and death are equally divine,
The dual appetite of love will find-
Reality, acceptance to define—
The colour of the art; mine heart is thine.
Expos’d to what is real? ‘Tis in my mind
Rememb’ring seems so harsh, refus’d to shine.
