Get Rid Of The Advertisements

Where else?

Back here again
because where else would I be
But locked in this nightmare
That once was a dream?
I pretend i've moved on
Smile and laugh right on cue
But under the surface
I'm still haunted by you
I can't help myself
In truth I don't want to
And anyway, I don't know how to
Does a tree know how to be a teapot?
Can a cloud be a pavement?
No
So while I pretend i've moved on
Smile and laugh right on cue
I know exactly who I am
I am the man put on earth to love you
To hold you and protect you
Who forgot but now remembers
But just a little too late
So yeah, i'm back here again
Walking lonely halls filled with memories
Because after all
Where else would I be?
