Get Rid Of The Advertisements

2001

Believe it or not
This day started like any other day
The year was 2001
Children were in school
Men and women were working
Coffee was being consumed
And like any other morning
The news was being broadcasted

Sirens blaring
Smoke billowing out of a blazing tower
Planes crashing
Then the other tower was destroyed

In the aftermath
Tears ran down the faces of the innocent
Who lost loved ones
Silence fell briefly
Ashes and debris littered the ground
A community standing strong
Begins to rebuild itself

Our enemies will pay
This means war
