King Cirrus
It was a brief but hallowed scene-
A golden underbelly,
possessed of a fair blue,
length undeterminably far reaching,
of some priestly and royal great snake in the sky.

It was joined by a throng of others,
nearly identical in nature,
flowing as dragons across dark waters,
elegant translucence,
aflame with light.

And I saw, as it were, the breaths;
the mist and vapored nostrilís breath,
stringing and pulsating,
towards the South and West,
diffused by the sunís setting eye.

These priestly beasts floated onward,
and I could have captured it unawares-
itís tendrilled body blue and gold,
and held the snake within my grasp,
but it eluded me in the haze.
